Among the counter protesters at the "Liberty or Death 2" political rally held by the Washington Three Percent in Seattle on December 1, 2018, were armed members of a Marxist/Socialist gun group called the "Puget Sound John Brown Gun Club". Members of the "Puget Sound John Brown Gun Club" displayed the large banner in this photograph. Most of the members of the "Puget Sound John Brown Gun Club" who were present and counter protested at the December 1, 2018 rally in Seattle were armed with openly carried handguns and rifles, such as AK-47s, AR-15s, and the Kel-Tec Sub-2000 rifle.

Among the people and groups who counter-protested the "Liberty or Death 2" press honesty rally held by the Washington Three Percent in downtown Seattle on December 1, 2018 was a Marxist political group called the "Party for Socialism and Liberation". According to the Marxist group's website at pslweb.org, and the group's multiple linked sub-websites, the group advocates a "theory and practice of revolutionary Marxism"(sic).
