Spring Blossoms

This photograph transforms a white tulip blossom into a nearly abstract composition. Although the white tulip is bathed in sunlight, black glass behind it creates a nearly pure black bokeh background. Inside the blossom, the tulip's white petals transform its internal surfaces into illusions of pale eggshell yellow.
